To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition, unused, and include all accessories, parts, and documentation.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order, before the shipping process begins.
After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
